Our monthly meetings consist of a short business meeting followed by an educational presentation and then fellowship.  The public is welcome!

JoEllen is an AVSA Advanced Judge who consistently wins top awards for her African violets and other Gesneriads.  She will show how she grooms her plants for best presentation and how she transports them to the show.  She will also talk about requirements for and the judging of entries.

Carol is an avid grower who has had many prize-winning violets.  She will present information for growing beautiful violets that should benefit both novice and experienced growers.  Members & visitors may bring plants to be repotted.

AAVC Summer Luncheon
Club members will meet at the Garden Center for the annual summer luncheon.  Plan to be there at 12:30 PM so we can begin eating by 12:45 PM.  Bring a covered dish and table service.  Convention notes may be discussed.
